microphone cable question!?
i have a microphone cable and i need a way to make it so it works in a guitar amp. i kno u can do this because my friend gave me one like this, but now i need another one becuase i dont have a p.a system to plug mics into i just have to use my amps.
Assuming you are talking about the three pronged mic cable, you can go to a music supply store and buy a cable that has one end that fits your three pronged mic while the other end has a guitar-style quarter inch instrument plug like a regular guitar cable. The other option is you can by an adapter that fits on the end of your existing mic cable and converts it to a quarter inch instrument plug. This is called a "low-to-hi impedance matcher".
